Salmon-Safe has become a leading certifier of ecologically sustainable viticulture, focusing on reducing runoff from hillside vineyards and enhancement of native biodiversity on vineyard sites.

More than 200 Oregon and Washington vineyards have achieved Salmon-Safe certification, including nearly half of the wine grape acreage in Oregon’s Willamette Valley and a growing number of Washington’s most acclaimed producers. In B.C., Salmon-Safe is gaining momentum among Okanagan-Similkameen vineyards, with more than 15 currently certified.
